Types of loans

Available options include inflation-indexed loans with fixed interest rates for 5 years and non-indexed loans with fixed interest rates for 3 years.

The loan term for inflation-indexed loans is up to 25 years, but first-time buyers may obtain inflation-indexed loans for up to 40 years. The maximum loan term for non-indexed loans is up to 40 years. The maximum loan amount is ISK 95 million.
